Charming Villa just a few steps away from the beach ( 200 meters ) has a private and secure pool, garden and 3 terraces to enjoy dining 'al fresco', 5 bedrooms, 200 m2, 600 m2 of wooded grounds, close to all amenities, for up to 10 people, see 12. Comfortable, 7 rooms, 5 bedrooms, 3 terraces, 2 KITCHEN, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, large outdoor table for 12 people, protected swimming pool 8 x 4, south-west, cable-satellite in French ( French TV channels and different international channels ) 1 washing machine, barbecue, sunbeds, chairs and garden chairs, private parking for 4 or 5 cars, garage. *** Included (swimming pool cleaning, water, gas, electricity and heating ).The rates are quoted for the entire lease and the maximum number of 10 people. If you are over 10 people (maximum 13 people) there is a little extra of 25.euros person / day.*** Possibility to rent linens, bed sheets and towels, there is an extra charge of 100. Euros for the whole stay.
*** We do not accept groups of people under 25 years of age.- No annoying noises can be made, as it marks the law of 22 h. to 9 am.- No parties, events, loud music or any behavior that might disturb the neighbors are allowed. In the event of a disturbance in the community, the police can be called and guests are asked to leave the premises immediately.- Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but you can do it comfortably on the terraces and outside the house.- Please keep the order of things as clean as possible (the house is over 200 mts ) we reserve the right to charge € 50 if left in poor condition.- ***No pets are allowed inside the house or in the back garden.- The guests are responsible for their personal belongings. We do not accept any responsibility for theft or loss of personal belongings.- WIFI Internet services should not be used improperly. You will be responsible for any illegal use. - Every time you leave you should verify that nothing is left switched on, especially; Heat, cold, cooking or other.- The entrance to people outside the reserve is not allowed.
