Wohnung zur Miete, 50 Meter bis zum Strand

Mi familia y yo estuvimos en este apartamento desde el 24 al 31 de julio pasado. La vivienda está muy bien equipada con electrodomésticos, aire acondicionado, cocina completa, etc. Finalmente, señalar que paco, el encargado, estuvo disponible para cualquier consulta/requerimiento. Great location and wonderful views to the see. Sun shining all day to balcony and very peaceful place even it`s beside busy beach street. Two large bedrooms and in the kitchen all equipment you need. There was lot of sheets and towels for 4 people. Safe parking area. We stayed for six weeks and were really happy there. Nights were quite chilly then but we got another heating immediately when mentioned about it. The owner is really helpful and reliable - what he promised everything worked. He order Wifi to apartment and it worked well. Absolutely going again. Marja&Juha

We stayed for two weeks in September 2015. The apartment is only off the main street with lots of pubs & shops. At the same time it is not directly facing the main street therefore it is not that noisy - perfect location. To get to the beach you just need to go outside the gates and cross the street. Then just some steps down and you are there! The apartment has beautiful sea view from the balcony where we were having our breakfast. The balcony is big enough to fit a table, at least 4 chairs and a clothes dryer. Also there is foldable table and chairs for dining inside. Living room has 2 and 3 seater coaches, set of nest tables, big flat screen tv with plenty of spanish & english channels. Kitchen is not very big but with everything that you might need - washing machine, microwave, cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, iron etc. Plenty cutlery, plates, glasses, pots - never seen anywhere else that many and we are travelling & renting apartments a lot. There is no air - conditioning, but big fans on ceilings in each room. It was perfect for us at 28-30 degrees. The bathroom is very big and has a large bath. Parking is very secure and was always available. Swimming pool is very big, clean, with lots of lovely plants around but deep enough - probably 1.2-1.4m at one side and probbaly around 2m. depth on the one side (might be a concern for families with small kids). There are two lifts in the building, all doors are coded - very secure. Overall we were very happy for choosing this apartment for our stay. I would highly recommend it. Also the owner responds very promptly and provides all information needed.
