This property is perfect for delightful family vacations on the Costa Brava! Maximum occupancy is 8 people. The outdoor area features a private pool, offering stunning mountain views, and a covered barbecue space where you can relish poolside breakfasts and meals. Additionally, there is a garden below and parking space for 1-2 cars, one behind the other.

The interior spans 130m2 across two floors: on the ground floor, discover the inviting living room with a TV, fireplace, and access to the terrace. The equipped kitchen includes a gas cooker, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, along with a washing machine. There are two double bedrooms (140x190cm beds) and one bedroom with two single beds (80 x 180cm and 80 x 190cm). A bathroom with a bathtub and WC completes this level.

The floor below features a fully independent flat with external access, comprising a living room, a small kitchen with a ceramic hob and oven, a washing machine, and a double bedroom (130 x 180cm bed). There's an additional bathroom with a shower.
