This duplex is located in Villas de La Veleta Residencial, just 200m from the sea.

The property has three bedrooms and two bathrooms distributed across two levels. On the ground floor, there’s one bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a family bathroom with bath and shower. The master bedroom includes air conditioning and a private balcony with sea views.

The open-plan living area includes a lounge with TV and air conditioning, as well as a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, and cooking utensils.

Outside, there’s a private south-facing garden with views of the communal swimming pool, ideal for al fresco dining. The rooftop solarium is perfect for sunbathing with beautiful sea views and sunshine throughout the year.
